The application of Color Masterbatch plays a very important role in the manufacture and production of PA plastics. The use of color masterbatch on PA plastic is a colorant product with high concentration of fluorescent whitening agent or pigment, which is formed by mixing fluorescent whitening agent or pigment with required resin plastic in advance and melting and extrusion molding. Nowadays, this method has become one of the important methods of PA plastic coloring.

   When using the color masterbatch, as long as the color masterbatch and resin are mixed evenly in proportion, it can be directly used for the molding processing of plastic products. A small amount of mixing only needs hands. In the case of large processing volume, mechanical mixing can be used to ensure the dispersion of color masterbatch. After the color masterbatch is mechanically mixed with resin plastic, it can be sent to the injection molding machine with pre molding device for pre molding and coloring.
